Offline Fees Policy

Typically, Hosts are prohibited from requesting and collecting extra fees or charges beyond the OpenMicz Platform, unless those fees are related to the Host's regular business activities (i.e. in a restaurant, coffeeshop, bar, etc) and commerce or explicitly authorized by us in written form.

Any additional fees unrelated to the Host's general course of business but linked specifically to the event and the utilization of the space booking must be explicitly, and clearly stated in the listing and included in the price breakdown (as reflected in the total amount) before the booking. These fees may include:

• Security deposit: A refundable deposit utilized to address any damage occurring during the stay.
• Cleaning fee: A one-time charge for covering cleaning costs.
• Incidentals: Encompassing fees for services such as valet, parking, etc.

Typically, Hosts collect these fees before an event, during the event, or within 2 hours after the end of the event.
