Invincible Concepts, LLC.. ("OpenMicz") respects the intellectual property rights of all rights holders and requires all of its users to adhere to the same principles.

OpenMicz reserves the right, under suitable circumstances and at its discretion, to deactivate or terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeatedly found to infringe upon, or face charges of infringing upon, the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

In adherence to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, available on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, OpenMicz will promptly address claims of copyright infringement occurring through the OpenMicz website (the "Site") when reported to OpenMicz’s Designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the provided notice example.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, or possess authorization under any exclusive copyright right, please submit reports of alleged copyright infringements on or through the Site by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement below and sending it to OpenMicz’s Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the described Notice, OpenMicz will take appropriate action at its discretion, which may include the removal of contested material from the Site.

• Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice - you will provide a comprehensive list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
• Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site where such material may be found.

• Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
• Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to OpenMicz’s Designated Copyright Agent:
