Proprietors Dale & Toni Inghram, are active members in the El Segundo community. Dale Inghram is a certified coffee Q-Grader. He founded a second coffee roasting company, Smoky Hollow Coffee Roasters. Blue Butterfly Coffee Co. sources all of their coffee beans from Smoky Hollow Coffee Roasters.
